
<p>Dancehall musician Shatta Wale has received harsh criticism for giving his fiancée a &#8220;cheap or fake&#8221; watch for her birthday.</p>



<p>On social media, Wale boasted about the birthday presents he bought for his girlfriend Maali, including a Rolex watch, two iPhone 15s, and other items.</p>



<p>Wale claims that he blew a lot of money on Maali.</p>



<p>After Serwaa Amihere wished Maali a happy birthday on social media and asked Wale to spoil her, he said this.</p>



<p>&#8220;Happy birthday to my daughter Maali! On my behalf, please have @shattawalehgh buy her a big-ticket item.</p>



<p>&#8220;I adore both of you. Happy birthday, my sweetheart,&#8221; Amihere wrote.</p>



<p>In response to Amihere&#8217;s post, Wale declared: &#8220;I bought her a 9,200-pound Rolex and two iPhone 15s.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;I hope you realise she has supported me through my dark times. She deserves it, and your dawta is chilling in London,&#8221;</p>
