A man, Deobra Redden, who was in court today attacked a Clark Country Judge, Mary Kay Holthus in court today after she denied his probation.
Judge Mary Kay Holthus was attacked inside her courtroom Wednesday during a sentencing hearing.
Deobra Redden was set to be sentenced for an attempted battery charge, but instead, he jumped over the bench screaming, “Fck that, btch!”
According to local reports, Judge Holthus was taken to the hospital for examination and is expected to be okay.
