Man Busted With 20 Stolen Sardines Around His Waist
A young man has been caught with 20 stolen sardines around his waist while shopping at a shopping mall.
The young man who is yet-to-be-identified allegedly stole over a dozen tin of sardine while pretending to be shopping at the mall.
