A man who has identified himself as Richard was caught stealing and stuffing items at a Chemist.

A man who interviewed him was quite to denote that he sympathized with the ruling government.
This he concluded after he noticed that the suspected thief was wearing ‘4 More 4 Nana’, a campaign attire used by the ruling government during the last president election.
