The young man, yet to be identified, reportedly collapsed to the ground and went into a coma after learning of the sudden shocking news.
The shocking story of this middle-aged man was shared by a popular Facebook user. He captioned his post while sharing the photo of the young man in a hospital bed:
This middle-aged man has been paying rent to his wife for 10 good years. He had no idea until an informant revealed the secret to him.
He confronted his wife who reluctantly gave out the truth after several arguments.
