A video making rounds online captures the moment a mentally ill woman was receiving attention after reportedly giving birth in public.
According to the details gathered by OccupyGh.com, the woman gave birth to a baby girl in public at Sulega in Niger state.
This is after she was spotted carrying the baby for some time.
