A video that is currently making rounds on social media captures the moment thugs attacked a young lady in public and made away with her phone and cash.
In the video, the hoodlums are seen accosting a young lady before snatching her phone.
The terrified lady screams for help but no one is bothered.
The gang then continues robbing passers-by after making away with the victim’s phone.
We understand that such robbery incidents are common in Mathare slums.
Criminal groups have taken over the sprawling slums.
