MP Brings Kenkey and Fish To Parliament For This Reason (VIDEO)

A Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu, Alhassan Bashir Fuseini has taken along himself a ball of Kenkey and fish to the floor of Parliament to put across his case of hardship in Ghana.

Honorable A.B.A. Fuseini’s purpose for taking along the ball of Kenkey and fish was to demonstrate how the economy has impacted the cost of living.

Addressing the speaker of the house, Mr Fuseini noted that a ball of Kenkey has gone from ¢2 to ¢4 in just a space of 12 months.

He also noted that a finger of fish he used to buy for $6 last year is now being sold at ¢12 in Adabraka Kenkey house.

Denoting further, Mr. Fuseini asserted that the gross economic failure of the current government has resorted in a terrible economic crisis in the country.
