Nana Appiah Mensah, aka NAM1, CEO of Menzgold Ghana has finally been granted bail and out of prison, according to information privy to OccupyGh.com

The young businessman was detained for an alleged fraud case in connection to Menzgold, an embattled gold dealership firm he happens to be CEO of.

Earlier today, we reported that the court had hinted that Nana Appiah Mensah’s bail bond still remains the same. However, the conditions pertaining to the sureties have been varied.

Formally, he had five(5) sureties with three(3) to be justified. He was been given 5 sureties without any justification.

However, latest news reaching us at OccupyGh.com indicates that NAM1 is currently a free man and not detained in police custody, as he is out of prison on a GH¢1 Billion bail.
