After taking to the streets of Dzowrulu, award-winning Ghanaian actress Nana Ama McBrown has warmed people’s hearts.
In this endearing video, Nana Ama Mcbrown can be seen addressing a group of hawkers who frequently approach her for small change.
The actress said that she couldn’t just give them 5 cedis a day because that wouldn’t be enough to support them, but she could give them money to start their own tiny businesses.
Empress McBrown, who is currently a brand ambassador for Holy Insecticide, distributed boxes of Holy Insecticide Spray to five of the street vendors she chose in the film.
She instructed the recipients to be honest with her so that the products she had given them for 500 cedis wouldn’t be wasted.
