A yet-to-be-identified New Yorker is randomly seen setting shops on fire in the city as per this viral video that has surfaced online.
The unknown man is seen in a viral video privy to occupygh.com as he lit up a flame and tossed it into a random shop.
Another person who saw the act in motion tried to stop him from tossing a second flame into the shop as he kicks it from his hand.
