OccupyGh.com has stumbled on photos of a Nigerian man with a female breast that is currently making rounds on social media.
The photos sighted shows a full-grown man with a male beard rocking what looks like a female breast as well.
This may seem strange at first sight, so we decided to dig around for answers.
We got to find out that males can have enlarged breast known medically as Gynecomastia.
Gynecomastia (guy-nuh-koh-MAS-tee-uh) is an increase in the amount of breast gland tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts, sometimes unevenly.
