Sad news reaching us at OccupyGh.com indicates that a nursing student at the University of Benin has been shot dead by an unknown assailant on November 1, 2019 during a final year celebration on campus.
According to details gathered by us, the young nurse, known as Moses aka Aficionado was shot during the Jean Carnival jubilation, which marks the end of the long numerous events that had taken place over the week.
A source close to the scene has described to us that Moses was shot during an ongoing faculty of Arts final year celebration week. He revealed to us that Moses was a hype-man for clubs around campus and a nursing student as well.
The attacker was said to have run into a nearby bus after he shot Moses, causing a pandemonium at the event.
The motive of the assailant is unclear at the moment and the police have said that a man hunt for the unknown assailant has begun.
