Just In: Police Arrest 14 Suspects In Mpameso Over Forest Murder

The Ghana police have arrested Fourteen suspects in connection with a clash that resulted in the death of two individuals at Mpameso Forest near Dormaa Ahenkro in the Bono Region.

According to the police investigation, the suspects allegedly shot the two deceased individuals while they were guarding a timber concession at Mpameso Forest during the clash.

A search conducted on them following their arrest led to the retrieval of eight pump-action guns, a cutlass, and a knife.

Currently, all the suspects are in Police custody, cooperating with the ongoing investigation, and are scheduled to appear before the court on July 27th, 2023, to answer for their actions and face justice.
