BREAKING: Police Arrests Naira Marley Again
Popular musician, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley has reportedly been arrested in Lagos, Nigeria.
Police arrested the ‘Marlian President’ for flouting COVID-19 guidelines put in place to slow down the spread of the global pandemic.
The 26-year-old had eight weeks ago participated in a concert in Abuja which sparked calls from Nigerians for action to be taken against the violators.
The multi-purpose mall where the event was held and the airline which conveyed the singer were both punished.
However, nothing was done to Naira Marley.
