Following the Coronavirus stay at home order worldwide, a video trending online shows the moment some policemen of a particular country were flogging a man with 2 by 2 wood after pulling off his clothes for refusing to stay at home.
In the Video, the Policemen are seen whipping the man’s butt with a 2 by 2 wood as the man cries and struggles to escape, while one of the policemen held his hands firmly and another grabbed his legs.
