A local slay queen, Portia Owusu has been captured in a CCTV footage stealing weave-on at a local shop in Accra.

The video sighted by Occupygh.com shows the smart way and tactics Portia Owusu with the handle @MzzPortia on Facebook used in stealing the hair without the shop attendant noticing is a clear indication that Portia Owusu is a smart thieve.
It’s obvious that she has been stealing from shops looking at how she went about it and outsmarted the shop attendant.
The slay queen, Portia Owusu, is cunning just like the Biblical serpent (Satan) who deceived Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit.
The video which is currently making rounds on social media has ignited a heated conversation surrounding the sanity of our so-called slay queens.
