Rihanna has finally released a song, Lift Me Up. It’s been 6 years since her last project ‘Anti’.
Her fans are extremely grateful to her.
Riri’s new song is actually a soundtrack for the yet-to-be-released Wakanda movie. #LiftMeUp is more of a tribute to Chadwick Boseman.
However, it has been noted that Riri’s new song was written by Nigeria’s very own singer Tems.
Rihanna has shown love to Nigerian singer Tems who wrote her latest song Lift Me Up #LiftMeUp. In an Instagram post sighted by OccupyGhTV, Tems took to share a post after Riri’s post about the song to share her gratitude for being the one to write the song for the US singer.
“Blessed to have written this song in honor of Chadwick Boseman and even more blessed to hear the baddest @badgalriri voice it to perfection…”
Of course, Rihanna replies with this:
“It’s the pen for me… love to you sister.”
