In Millennium City, Kasoa, a lady pretending to be deaf and dump has been caught picking used sanitary pads and diapers from dustbins.
Reports indicate that when confronted, she initially maintained her act until men brandishing a machete approached her.
During interrogation, she claimed she was only collecting pure water sachets.
A witness who recorded the incident stated that the woman chanted some words, causing the used pads and diapers to turn into waste.
