This video just surfaced capturing the irate teaching in the act despite a law against it.

The video sighted by OccupyGh.com captures a student of St. Stephen Senior High School (SHS) receiving 25 lashes at his back by a teacher.

To make the lashes more painful, the student was made to take off his shirt and received the lashes on his bareback.
