Ghanaian radio personality Sammy Forson has reacted to Ghanaian teenage rapper Yaw TOG‘s comment about making Stormzy more popular in Ghana.
Yaw TOG in an interview asserted that if it wasn’t for his feature with Stormzy wouldn’t be popular in Ghana.
Yaw has been lambasted by a section of Ghanaians on social media, asserting that his comment was ‘unfortunate’.
Well, radio personality Sammy Forson has also added his voice to the conversation.
He took to Twitter to tweet:
“Yaw Tog’s comments about making Stomzy popular in GH are the kind that unfortunately encourages selfish behavior in the industry.. If u know what it takes to be a mainstream artist in the UK and play listed into other parts of Europe, u won’t loose talk.. Smh.. Focus on ur music…”
