It was reportedly a scene of chaos and shock as a referee officiating a game pulled out a gun to restore order.
The moment which fans have described as shocking and confusing was captured by a fan in the stands.
The referee was reportedly officiating the match in the western Honduran town of La Jigua.
According to more details, the referee is said to have been unarmed until disorder disrupted on the pitch.
And out of nowhere, he pulled out a gun to try and calm the situation.
No one was reportedly shot and order was restored immediately.
