After her ridiculous assertion that she owned the intellectual property rights to certain dresses was refuted by internet users, Serwaa Amihere was compelled to issue an apology.
Amihere had seen the church Action Worship Center’s choristers wearing some adorable pink dresses and had slammed them angrily.
Amihere accused the church of stealing the designs, saying they were taken from her office and company by the SA brand.
“This is Action Worship Centre, my intellectual property. My design was stolen by your choirboys. I have something for sale. This is depravity. Pure evil, the writer wrote.
But, social media ridiculed her assertion by exposing that she had actually pilfered Pinterest’s designs.
Amihere ultimately gave in and apologised to the church after being exposed and facing harsh criticism.
She claims that the dress line has been recalled as a result of an error in her company’s intellectual property policies.
