Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, better known as Shatta Wale dressed in an ‘all-out’ white hoodie says he is giving out GHC1500 to 10 people.
According to Shatta Wale, he feels like dashing out money which apparently comes with a catch.
The 35-year-old singer took to his Instagram page to announce his intention. He wrote:
