Ghana’s acclaimed dancehall artist – Shatta Wale has released some strong words to organizers of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) ahead of the show today, 18 May, 2019, OccupyGh.com reports.
Although showered with confidence, Shatta seems to be aware of what could go wrong with the award scheme.
Shatta Wale made his intention known to the organizers earlier yesterday by taking to his official Facebook page to announce this;
“People should always remember 2013 can repeat itself in 2019 but this time the iOS will be very smart and sharp. Shatta surprises when the need arises. Self identity.”
In 2013, Shatta Wale dominated the headlines after his failure to win an award during the VGMA, of which he is hopeful of a win in this year’s edition.
