Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale over the weekend was at the birthday party of a friend, Rich Game, in Kumasi. In the midst of the celebration and merry-making, Shatta Wale dashed his friend a huge cheque of $100,000 (dollars).
The news as noted went viral – however, a blogger has exposed Shatta for signing a fake cheque.

The cheque signed on a Fidelity Bank was a cedi cheque, however, the dancehall artist signed the cheque in dollars. Shatta Wale signed a fake cheque at the birthday party of his friend Rich Game, in Kumasi. The dollar amount was signed on a cedi cheque.
This has raised eyebrows online as many denote that you cannot sign a dollar cheque on a cedi-oriented note, thereby trolling the dancehall artist online.
