Shatta Wale‘s business manager, Chris Koney, has finally reacted to rumors that the Ghanaian dancehall artist is battling kidney diseases.

According to Chris Koney, fans should ignore the ‘fake news.

Chris debunked the unfortunate news that was alleged by Shatta Wale’s former confidante – Ibrah One.

He noted sharing a post on Facebook:
