She Told Me She Lives In The River And Turned Into A Headless Giant — Uber Driver Recounts Scary Encounter With River Goddess At Amasaman

During an episode on Dr Sam’s Ride and Chat Show, an Uber driver whose name is undercover recounted how he left his car at a riverbank after having an encounter with the goddess of a river at Amasaman, Accra.

According to him, he picked the river goddess who had transformed into a beautiful young lady around Amasaman and had a very good time with her in car gisting and laughing together as they travel miles to her destination.

At a point, the driver said they got to a location where there was no human habitat and he began contemplating whether to drop the lady midway and return because he had started getting the feelings that something was wrong but he again considered her gender, stating that she might be stranded if he drops her.

As they went further, the driver noted they came across a big river and the lady requested to alight because she had gotten to her house.

The young man said he expressed shock at once and wanted to probe her further to confirm what she said and before he could turn back, the lady had already vanished from the car and transformed into a giant with no head.

Instead of driving quickly from the scene, he said he took to his heels and left the car behind. Upon making further enquires from his kinsmen, he was told the river goddess only came to tempt him but he passed the text because he did not harbour any bad perception towards her.

“One time at Amasaman, it was around 6:15 to 6:20 p.m. I was using a taxi at that time so I picked a lady at stadium junction, I’m not familiar with the place she was headed so we started the trip. We travelled for miles and were still not getting to her destination, there were no houses at where we had gotten to so I wanted to drop her off but because she was a lady, I considered her and continued the trip and we came across a big river then the lady told me this where she lives. I probed further because there was no building and before turning back to face her, she had vanished. I immediately got scared. I turned to look at the river and I saw giant with no heard standing in the river. It wasn’t easy. I left my car there for three and my brother went to bring it home. So I told my uncle and some elders and they disclosed to me it was the river goddess so if I had offended her, she would have harmed me.” He narrated.
