Soldier Seen Flogging Curfew Defaulters In Ilehsa Arrested After Viral Video Surfaces
A soldier seen in a viral video flogging curfew violators in Ilehsa has been arrested after he was identified as an Airforce officer.
The viral video sighted by OccupyGh.com shows the exact moment the soldier lashed the defaulter with some hot lashes on their buttocks.
Reports gathered indicate that the civilians disobeyed the curfew that was imposed in Sun State in Nigeria. The civilians were punished by the soldiers.
The Nigerian Air Force in a statement released on Wednesday, October 28th revealed that the officers have been arrested and an investigation has commenced.
