The Year of Return is shaping up gradually as the initiative have so far brought quite a number or celebrities into the country.
Quite recently, we broke the story of Samuel L. Jackson in the country. We also published a story of Steve Harvey arriving in Ghana for The Year of Return.
The American star arrived in Ghana with his family as part of the 400th anniversary celebration, dubbed The year of Return.
OccupyGh.com has gathered that Steve Harvey’s family will visit various tourist sites including the slave castle were the African slaves are kept.
Steve and the family has however taken on an emotional trip to the Slavery Monuments, met up with some few people he knows in the country, including oil and gas billionaire Kevin Okyere.
Kevin Okyere whose Springfield was estimated by Forbes to be worth one billion dollars ($1bn) in 2018 was all smiles as he welcomed Harvey.
The two after having a chat and laughing were seen watching a game draughts between some of the workers at Springfield.
Harvey’s arrival in Ghana comes just about two months after the Springfield Group CEO sat with him on his popular programme, ‘‘Steve TV Show’’.
