Stonebwoy Blasts VGMA For Lifting Ban Without His Consent

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy is peeved with the Vodafone Ghana Music Award (VGMA) scheme for lifting a ban place on him and Shatta Wale without his consent.

In a series of tweets sighted by OccupyGh.com, Stonebwoy has blasted the VGMA boards.

According to the ‘Ololo’ singer, it would have been appropriate for the VGMA board to sit himself and Stonebwoy down before lifting a ban place on them from the music award scheme last two years.

He wrote on Twitter:

Dear VGMA Board & Scheme organizers,I hear the purpose of the VGMA is to celebrate and project Ghanaian musicians and music. If that is so, it takes nothing from you to meet with us the artists/ our reps b4 reaching decisions that affect us and communicating them to the public…
