Ghanaian singer Mr. Drew, real name Andrew Otoo has revealed that Stonebwoy was aware that he copied his latest song – ‘EAT’ from Rotimi.
Mr Drew’s latest song – ‘EAT‘ which feature the Ghanaian dancehall artiste has been marred with controversies since a video of it was released on Youtube.
A Ghanaian musician allegedly contacted Rotimi, a Nigerian singer, and actor over the ‘theft’ of his song. Rotimi then had the song deleted from Youtube.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, The “DW3” hitmaker revealed that Stonebwoy already knew the “Eat” song was not his before he agreed to feature him.
He also stated that he reached out to Rotimi several times telling him about what he has done with his original song but he never replied until the video was out.
