Six suspects who have been arrested in connection to the murder of Imoro Sherrif, a Ghanaian soldier who was killed cold-bloodedly in Ashaiman, will appear in court today for their arraignment.
As reported earlier on, the six suspects were arrested by the Ghana Police Service after a sustained intelligence-led operation in Ashaiman and its environs. This information was released by the police in a press statement.

Police received information about the incident on March 4th, after a male adult (now identified as Imoro Sherif) was found dead in Ashaiman Taifa in the Greater Accra Region.
A knife with blood stains on it, a backpack containing a military uniform with the name tag “Imoro,” and other items were found at the crime scene, the victim was identified as a soldier.
The suspects are currently in police custody, and the court proceedings are expected to begin today, the Ghana Police has said:
“We would like to assure the public, especially the family of the deceased, that all the suspects are in Police custody and will be put before the court on Monday, 13th March 2023, to face justice.”
