Speaker of Parliament, Alban Babgin has rejected the 2022 Budget after the Majority / NPP MPs walked out and the Minority / NDC MPs voted NO!.

“The NOs have it” – Speaker of Parliament, Alban Babgin declared.

This was after the NDC MPs screamed “Noooooooooooooo” in disapproval of what the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta presented to them as the 2022 Budget which had the infamous E-Levy.
