The Nigeria Police Force has arrested 3 officers who were filmed in a viral video brutally assaulting an unidentified man at Emuoha Junction, East-West Road in Rivers state.
In the trending video, a police officer could be seen flogging the unidentified man with a cane after stopping and bringing him and his wife out of their car.
The video has been deemed an assault on how seriously it looked and viewers were propelled for the arrest of these Policemen.
It comes a few hours after the Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba-Alkali asked the Rivers State Police Commissioner, CP Okon Effiong to fish out the Police officers seen in the video.

He announced that the arrested officers will be brought to the Force Headquarters today for additional action.
