Three men alleged to be local thieves have reportedly been captured by residents and beaten beyond recognition before being handed to the police.
This is true from a new viral video that has just surfaced on social media as privy to occupygh.com.
In the video, three young men with badly disfigured faces are seen in police custody.
They were reportedly arrested by residents after terrorizing them with petty theft.
These youngsters look very disturbed… I bet they won’t return to stealing again.
