Veteran Nigerian singer, Anthony Olanrewaju Awotoye aka Tony Tetuila, and Ghanaian singer, Tic Tac, have sued Nigerian singer Wizkid over copyright infringement.

According to court documents, the duo are demanding over N30 million from him because his single “Gbese” produced by DJ Tunez, has some content from Tony Tetuila and Tic Tac’s 2004 “Fefe Na Efe” hit song.
Both Tony Tetuila & Tic (Tic Tac) are seeking 35% of both digital sales and royalties DJ Tunez and Wizkid received from the song.
