My Top Artistes Are Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale – Patapaa

One Corner hitmaker Patapaa, real name justice Amoah has revealed that both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale of dancehall origin are his top artistes in Ghana.

Patapaa ‘disqualified’ all others when he was asked to mention his other three artistes; the two he says are the only artistes deserving of recognition, no one else matters, not even Sarkodie.

According to the “One Corner” hitmaker, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale are the only senior artistes that have honored his request to feature him on a song without giving him attititude.

The aggrieved artiste again explained, “My number one artiste is Stonebwoy followed by Shatta Wale, the rest should go home. We have some top artistes in Ghana who only think about their prosperity, let me tell you this, I called Stonebwoy that there’s this song I wish you could help me with and he didn’t wait for a second. Before God and man it didn’t take one week before Bhim sent the song to me, my father Shatta also helped me with “Bodi Fi Bodi” but there’s one artiste even if you call his phone he will snub you, he is a senior artiste but when he sees your song trending, he will tweet at you”.

Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on the ‘Atuu Show’, Patapaa noted that he is grateful to Captian Planet for believing in him.

“I have all the style but when we talk about good rappers, that is King Sark, Pope Skinny the rest should also go home. I have featured Article Wan, Guilty Beats, Medikal, others and they all have hits. If any top artiste doesn’t want to include me on a song then to hell with them because I love being me Patapaa” He said.

Patapaa is best known for his 2017 debut single “One Corner” song and dance. His style of music is mostly described by music fans as pacy but has amassed a great deal of fans regardless.

Patapaa has come under numerous attacks by social media users and some well-known personalities for doing “meaningless” tunes.
