Twitter Reacts To Western Togoland-Police Attack
Ghanaians woke up today to disturbing news of a secessionist group aka Western Togoland attack on the Police at Aveyime and Mepe in the Volta Region.
As disturbing as it is to national security, some portion of Ghanaians took to their social media account to lament s over the situation.
Notable on Twitter, netizens expressed mixed reactions:
“We’re joking with this Western Togoland issue. Soon, it will also joke with us.”
“I don’t mind us being independent. That is if we the people of the Volta region have a genuine case and we pass the right channels. Na this western Togoland thing is a big no no for me. This thing breeds war.”
