Two Male Nurses Arrested for Illegally Selling Excessive Doses of Tramadol

Two male nurses, one from Walewale General Hospital and the other from Kumbungu Hospital, have been arrested for allegedly selling excessive doses of tramadol to young people.

The nurses, who have not been named, were found to be selling doses ranging from 120mg to 250mg, far exceeding the standard dosage of 50mg.

The arrest comes after a tip-off from concerned members of the public, who reported that the nurses were selling the drug to young people, including students.

The sale of excessive doses of tramadol can lead to addiction, overdose, and even death.

The two nurses are currently in police custody and are facing charges of illegal drug trafficking and endangering public health.
