Two Police officers have been seen trying to climb a fence wall and get into a house to arrest an offender.
Police can’t get up and try to enter into someone’s house like that there may be something they will try doing and the person has likely offended.
The Dog in the house was not given the chance to enter and also the wall has been electrified with a fence so any attempt will be harmed.
They were seen standing on the wall and contemplating how to arrest the person. Grand theft auto in real life.
