Two Thieves Rescued From Being Burnt Alive In Lagos

Two notorious thieves have been rescued by the Police in Lagos after an angry mob almost burnt them alive after they were caught in Lagos.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Tunji Disu on Monday confirmed the rescuing of two thieves from an angry mob.

The thieves allegedly broke into an undisclosed residence, stole some clothes, which was later recovered from them by the police.

As usual, Lagosians were about setting the unlucky men on fire when operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Police Command in Lagos State arrived.

They shotguns in the air to scare the mob and picked the two thieves into their vans, heading for the Area ‘A’ Lion Building, Lagos Island for investigation.
