A student at the University of Ghana has tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The school’s authorities have canceled all lectures at the University of Ghana to help manage the situation.
Following the initial 2 cases of Coronavirus confirmed in Ghana on the 12th of March, 2020, Four (4) new positive cases were announced today.
The student who tested for the COVID-19 is said to have traveled to the UK, returning to the University of Ghana with the deadly virus.
The student is said to have attended lectures for 4 days before testing positive for the Coronavirus.
Authorities have begun contacting to trace and manage the situation.
