Popular Nigerian musician Davido Adeleke, known professionally as Davido has been featured on the soundtrack for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The 29-year-old artiste is on the track with American R&B singer, Trinidad Cardona as well as American singer, Aisha.
Davido, in a Twitter post, said; “”I’m honored to be featured on the Official @FIFAWorldCup 2022 Soundtrack ! See y’all later 2NITE ! This one is for Africa ! TULE!!!! 🤞🏾❤️ WE RISE !””.
The soundtrack titled; Hayya Hayya (better together) is produced by RedOne, and it is set to debut on Friday, April 1, 2022.
At the draw ceremony, the song will be performed live while being live-streamed globally.
The World Cup is scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December 2022.
FIFA shared the soundtrack via its official Twitter page.
