A video sighted by us at OccupyGh.com shows a 20-year-old man lighting up a joint in front of a judge while in a courtroom in Tennessee, USA.

The yet-to-identified man is seen lighting up a joint right in front of a judge.

OccupyGh.com has gathered that the young man did the insane action in an attempt to advocate for marijuana legalization.

The suspect was reportedly arrested for the possession of the illegal substance.

He faced two new charges and will have to spend 10 days in jail.
