Video Shows Popcaan Smoking In Full Glare of The Police

A video of Jamaican dancehall artiste Popcaan smoking wee in public and in the full glare of a police officer has surfaced online, sighted by us at OccupyGh.com.

In the video, the Jamaican dancehall artiste is seen as he surfaced from his jeep vehicle through the open-top to puff smoke from his weed.

The video also shows the presence of heavily armed police officers who had to turn a blind eye on the situation.

The video was apparently shared by the Jamaican artiste who is in the country for pleasure and also to touch base with ‘his people’.

Smoking weed in Ghana is illegal. Ghanaian artiste, Kwaw Kese reacted to the video, raising concerns overs the matter.

In 2014, Kwaw kese was arrested, fine and jailed for smoking the same illegal substance in public.

In related news, Popcaan has replied Kwaw kese for calling him out on the same situation.
