Kwame Akuffo & Co. Limited, lawyers to embattled gold dealership firm – Menzgold – has allegedly released a press statement countering the former press release from the latter as to the payment schedule and formula to its debtors.

A press statement that was released from Menzgold earlier today asserted that Kwame Akuffo & Co. Limited on behalf of the gold dealership firm will carry out payment to its creditors.
Per the latest release sighted by OccupyGh.com, Kwame Akuffo & Co. Limited has informed their Client, Menzgold, that the Firm ‘does not have the ‘CAPACITY’ to carry out the said payment schedule and that the firm is unable to accept instructions in that regard’.
