A rather conservative woman has stormed the street of Nairobi in Kenya to harass young ladies that plow the busy streets to their destinations.
The woman was captured in a short video cursing out a lady who was dressed in a pair of shorts along a busy street.
She was heard in the video cursing the young lady who passed her by – she also tried to pull her dress.
“WhoCup Dress,” she shouts as she tries her act of harassment.
Several ladies revealed that they have had an encounter with the woman.
Although her video has been met by netizens with utmost disgust, others have commended her with the cliche.
