Renowned Ghanaian prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi has come to the defense of pastors who are often criticized for their love of money.
In a recent appearance on United Television’s (UTV) “UCook” show hosted by Empress Gifty Adorye, Prophet Kobi argued that it is natural for pastors, like all human beings, to appreciate money.
He questioned the double standard of attacking pastors for something that is inherent in human nature.
Prophet Kobi further explained that the Bible sanctions the practice of tithing, which is meant to be shared between the pastor and the church.

His comments have sparked a lively debate about the role of money in religion and the expectations surrounding spiritual leaders.
While some agree with Prophet Kobi’s sentiments, others believe that religious leaders should prioritize spiritual enrichment over material wealth. The discussion continues.
