Actress, entrepreneur, Yvonne Okoro has fulfilled a promise she made to the Black Queens, by honoring them with a donation of $10,000.
The philanthropic actress promised to assist the team with a sum of $10,000 after the team came third in a tournament held in Abidjan.
To fulfill the promise, Ms. Okoro made the presentation at a short ceremony at the ministry of Youths & Sports. She added in an interview with Zionfelix that, she is all about women empowerment and is ever ready to go the extra mile to support women across the globe.
She however cautioned bloggers to always conduct an investigation to a story by asking the person involved before publishing it.
